I recently had the chance to visit the New Capital of Egypt, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed by the sheer scale of the project. Upon arrival, I felt as though I had been transported to a foreign land rather than remaining in Egypt

The city boasts a Central Business District with the Iconic Tower, which is the tallest building in Africa, standing at a height of 394 meters. Additionally, the bank area is home to several massive buildings that house the headquarters of various banks. The residential areas are also quite beautiful. The governmental district is filled with monumental buildings that house the Egypt’s ministries. The Green River, a vast park area that is six times longer than New York’s Central Park, is another impressive feature of the city

The New Administrative Capital of Egypt is a new city located in the South-Eastern direction from Cairo, only a 15-minute drive from New Cairo. The project was launched by the President of Egypt, Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, in 2015 as a means of relieving congestion in Cairo, creating new job prospects, and extending investment opportunities in Egypt

One such investment opportunity is the Business Complex OPAL, our commercial project in the New Capital, where we offer commercial spaces that are already rented by successful Food & Beverage brands
